Asegurar el liderazgo correcto<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2514\">La Direcci\u00f3n General es la \u201cpersona v\u00e9rtice\u201d de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2516\" data-end=\"2532\">De ella depende:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2627\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gia2q5\" data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2566\">la ejecuci\u00f3n de la estrategia<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ez2kmk\" data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2596\">la cultura organizacional<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1geaioz\" data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2627\">los resultados del negocio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2702\">Un gobierno corporativo s\u00f3lido eval\u00faa y acompa\u00f1a constantemente este rol.<\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"2v8n3g\" data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2758\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2713\" data-end=\"2758\">2. data-start=\"4451\" data-end=\"4514\">Depende de un pool de talento capaz de sostener el crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4516\" data-end=\"4596\">Un Consejo que no gestiona talento est\u00e1 construir gobierno corporativo sin fricci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4670\" data-end=\"4756\">El error m\u00e1s com\u00fan es pensar que implementar gobierno corporativo implica complejidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4758\" data-end=\"4776\">No necesariamente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4778\" data-end=\"4843\">Desde una l\u00f3gica estrat\u00e9gica, el primer paso es generar sucesi\u00f3n, si la estrategia depende de pocas personas, o si el crecimiento se ha vuelto m\u00e1s complejo\u2026<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5577\" data-end=\"5595\">No es un problema, es una se\u00f1al de evoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"357\" data-end=\"454\">El primer paso no es implementar un modelo.<br data-start=\"400\" data-end=\"403\" \/>Es tener claridad sobre lo que hoy no est\u00e1s
